You know, as stupid as Schweeb (the bike mnrioaols) seems at first, it isn't quite as dumb as it seems. Recumbent bikes are very efficient and the monorail design would make biking practical in all weather. Obviously there are serious problems (actually getting right-of-way for all those monorail things is a big challenge), it might actually have some real-world applications, in theme parks or in some urban centers.
