If there are any changes, updates will be shown here as well as on the Home Page. Please note revisions for Week 5 and Week 6.
2009-2010 MEETING SCHEDULE
Scheduled meetings will take place in the following locations: Oxon Hill High School Science and Technology Office – General Meeting (first 30 minutes, reports from Executive Board and Subteam Leaders), then break out into individual subteam meetings:
• Oxon Hill High School Science and Technology Office: Programming, Web Design, Business and Marketing, Art
• Machine Shop (Room 232): Build, Electronics, Programming ** Only with permission of Shop Teacher and presence of adult mentor **
Weekday meetings will begin at 4:30 pm and end at 7:00 pm (unless otherwise noted). Mentors should plan to arrive by 4:00 pm to avoid traffic related to end of school day departure at 4:15 pm.
Saturday meetings will begin at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm. All team members must RSVP as continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
In the event of school closure/inclement weather, every attempt will be made to contact mentors.
